The story of Goa is based on these lines. When asked why he had given the movie such a title, the director explained that the movie would be a joyful trip for each moviegoer and sure to be an entertainer. Many of Venkat's regular cast return in Goa, including Jai, Premji Amaran, Vaibhav, Sampath and Arvind Aakash. Sneha is the surprise package of Goa, playing an entirely different role which would give her career a new dimension and take it to greater heights. Julie Fine, an actress from New York, is being introduced to Kollywood by Venkat.
